Work

Judged on what we ship.

Every Labs engagement is meant to end in something live. These are the ones we can talk about, written up the way the frontier report is: context, what we built, how, what changed, what's next. Each starts with the number that changed.

Seven builds, live or in beta. Nothing on this page is a demo.

Built with and for

How these happened

Same path, every time

Each of these started in a frontier report or a monthly brief: a capability crossing from demo to deployable, and a note on what it could mean for one organisation. It became a concept with the number it would move and a spec we were prepared to build. The client said go. The Labs team built it. Then it went to Edge Expert Services to run or, in XE's case, to its own team.

Multi-model in every case, chosen by measured performance on the client's own material. Edge infrastructure in every case, to varying degrees.
